How do I import contact list from WLM?
If you are using Windows 10 , you will be able to find your contacts in its People app. Click on Start Window (bottom left) then All Apps (very bottom) and scroll through the alphabetical listing until you find People.
I can’t remember exactly how got my contacts to show in eM Client 6 , but I think I had to click on the Contacts section in it and work from there (or between it and the People app).

you can either import your data using the File>Import function of eM Client and Import from Windows Live Mail.
If that does not work, you will need to export your Contacts from WLM as either CSV file or VCF files and then use the import option for these.
This goes from local data though. If you have your contacts saved on your mail server, you should be able to synchronize those just by setting up your account.
