Imported seperate accounts become integrated into Local Folders

I am importing two email accounts from Windows Live, unfortunately they both import into Local folders (no separation of individual account emails). How can I import so that each account has it’s own set of folders?

You can import them separately.

First setup the accounts in eM Client through Menu > Tools > Accounts. That will create separate folder trees for each account.

Then go to Menu > File > Import > WLM. When in the import dialogue, choose Import selected folders and import the first account’s folders to its respective destination. Then do the same thing again for the second account.
