Import Outlook PST files and the sub-folders

I have been using Outlook for a long time and I would like to switch. The challenge is that I have a lot of my emails organized in sub-folders and when I install EM Client, all the sub-folders aren’t there and I can’t find the emails that were in the sub-folders. Is this impossible or is there a way to do this?
