I want to transfer my outlook 2003 info from my old laptop to my new one into emclient. I have everything on a back up drive. How do I direct the software to find the old outlook info on my drive? Do I need to first install outlook on the new computer? thanks!
You should not have to install Outlook. The data file used by Outlook has a .pst extension. in eM Client, go to menu/file/import and select “Outlook personal storage (.pst)”, click on next and a dialog box will display allowing you to navigate to the file.
