Import from Postbox, Accounts there, but no emails!

I have imported from Postbox to em client, and it seems that ONLY the accounts were imported. NONE of the emails were imported, and I must have over 10,000 emails, but not a single one imported.
Postbox had about 20 GB of data, em Client only 800mg after import.

I used Import, Postbox, All.

Is there something else I must do for the emails to import?

Also, during the import, must I retype all the email account passwords by hand? becuase after importing, I was asked to insert passwords for every single account.

Hi, to help us investigate the issue, could you please send us your Import diagnostic logs? You can generate them by following these steps:

  1. Go to Menu → Settings → Advanced → Logging
  2. Check the box next to Import, then click Save & Close
  3. Restart eM Client
  4. Reproduce the issue by importing the file via Menu → File → Import
  5. Go back to Menu → Settings → Advanced → Logging and click Send Logs….

This will create a new email with the log files attached. Please send that email to [email protected] so we can analyze the issue further.
