I have used The BAT! to import my emails and it went through all the BAT folder for all my emails importing them. It took about 15 minutes - perhaps 20000 emails. However when it finished only emails from 2001 and a few since then ( 538 in total) had been imported. Is there a limit on the trial version?
Em importing from hotmail.com account, did not import year 2014 and part of 2015, but before and after that, okay. No idea why this. Sorry i can’t help, don’t know how i’m going to proceed, maybe look for another email client.

could you turn on logging for import in Tools > Settings > Advanced tab and try importing your emails from the BAT again? Please send us the logs after you’ve done so.

Hello Hue, your problem with hotmail is of a different kind than Jon’s. Can you send us any Error or Operations messages you’re getting after attempting synchronization with hotmail.com?
