Import does not show Postbox

I am trying to import my email accounts from Postbox but Postbox does not show in the import options in eMClient. Anyone got a solution?

You might want to confirm you are using the latest eM Client version. If not, you can download it here by clicking the latest version number at the top of:

Yes I’m using version 10.0.3530 so what would you advise?

You need to install the latest one in the Release History. See @lancealot’s link above.

PostBox import options are not in 10.0.x versions

The latest version is 10.1.4588.0 so wouldn’t this work then?

Yes 10.1.4588.0 has given me the Postbox import option. However once it’s finished importing I keep getting an error message even though I used the correct password. See attached screen grab.
