Hi, to anyone with this issue go to tools - settings - advanced and check IMAP under your account, apply and then restart eM Client, synchronize with server and when you will see this issue, after that send me those logs to: [email protected] together with this topic’s url.

Yes, I know that, but information in them are never same. They are logging what is happening now.
That is one of the reason why I usually ask for logs first.

I’m in Bulgaria with my laptop. The same laptop I use in France, with same settings and during one week I never, never had any error message from eMClient Imap or Smtp! So, the conclusion is that web providers in France are not so good
