IMAP tags not syncing across devices – only local tags visible

Hello,
we are using eM Client in our company on multiple computers (same IMAP account shared by several users). We’ve been using tags for a long time and everything worked fine – when someone tagged an email on one computer, it was visible on all others.
Recently, tags stopped syncing between devices. Each user now only sees tags created locally on their own computer.
We checked account settings and the option to use local-only tags is not enabled.
We didn’t intentionally change any configuration. The issue just appeared.
Any idea what could have changed and how to fix tag synchronization?
