I opened my email this morning and getting a “Connection Failed” error message. I did not make any changes to my credentials that have been working since I set up eM Client. And I am still receiving emails to my mobile devices using these same credentials, so it is not a credentials issue or an issue with the email server. Issue is isolated to the Desktop version only.
Need assistance please.
Are you able to browse the internet on this PC? In other words, is your internet connection ok? Also, what email provider are you using?
I have same issue this morning on desktop version of eMclient. I can send emails but dont receive any. Tried removing account and adding again but error presists. Diagnosticts shows ok. On web service everything is ok. Outlook desktop works for my email address, mobile also. Seems to be eMclient issue.
