Google Apps Error says: "me@example.net: Connecting to me@example.net failed

[IMAP] An attempt to connect to me@example.net failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings. Do you want to check the settings?"

Hello Nick, sorry to see this, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer? Can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

Can you also please check the “Log” tab once the error occurs? Copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum for more details about the error that you’re experiencing.
