IMAP configuration for gmail

Hi,

Help
Since a couple of months, I’m searching the solution to receive again my gmail mail into emclient.

Smtp is working fine, I can sent mail
but I can’t receive them into Emclient

Could you confirm the imap configuration?
imap.gmail.com
port 993

also tried other port 995, 1993 but with no success

at Gmail, EMclient is allowed as 3rd party email

any info will be more than welcome

These are the correct settings:

If you make any changes to the settings, click on Save & Close when you are done.

Then, as a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, and try again.

Tried without firewall, … but with no succes

It’s working fine using the win10 mail app (but don’t want to use it)
any other idea ?

How about anti-virus? If you are using Avast, disable the Mail Shield and try again.

After your 1st mail, I disabled part of my antivirus and had the same issue
Now I disabled completely my antivirus (AVG) and I can’t believe it but it’s working again :slight_smile:

Now I will have to find in my antivirus the source of that imap blocking

I have the same problem.
Antivirus are standard of Win10
From time-to-time EmClient cant find recipient email.
