I believe that my emails are working fine, it’s just irritating. Can anyone please help?

This might be just a temporary server unavailability so it doesn’t have an effect on email synchronisation as you wrote. If you wish to disable the error windows, you can do so in Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Operations window.
