Hi I use EM Client for business, my email server is through google but every email I send or receive it attaches all images in the signature or sender signatures as an attachment.  

very frustrating. 

there must be a fix

Hello Jordan,
if all images are being sent as attachements it means you are sending/receiving your messages as Plain text instead of HTML format.

In Menu>Tools>Settings>Mail>Read make sure the option to Read all messages in plain text is disabled.

Same for …>Mail>Compose, under Mail Format, change both options to HTML.

I can confirm that is how my account was set up and I still see them as attachments. What else could it be

please see how an email looks. Very frustrating when you have look through all the picture attachments to find the actually attachment you need.

Hello Jordan,
I see, this must be a new issue then. Do you see the message correctly in gmail’s web interface?
Can you please export one of these messages for me from both eM Client and resend it in correct form from the server if possible so we can analyze this?

Hi Olivia,

on gmail’s online interface it is fine, I do not see the images as attachments.

I have sent/ forwarded you the same email from Em and Gmail separately as requested.
