The signature of the emails I send is in the form of an image.
How can I make sure that this image cannot be retrieved and used by the recipient?
The only way to prevent the receiver from retrieving the image is not so send it. 
But if they cannot retrieve it, how will they see it?
Yes any image can be screen grabbed even if the right click / save as is disabled.
