I'm having trouble using my Sky email account using eM Client

I can use my Sky email by logging on to it through Sky but somehow eM client doesn’t recognise it.

can you please specify what issues you encounter when setting up your mail account?
Is there any error message?


Sorry Olivia. Because I couldn’t configure my account I left.

In setting up my eM Client account I give the same login details as I’d use when logging in to Sky but they’re always being rejected, by whom I couldn’t say, I assume by Sky.
