have you disabled the IM in version 2.7 ? the IM menu is grayed and not accessible… online control iconat right-hand bottom isn’t appearing… -> is that something i am missing or have you disabled the IM?

We did not disabled IM. It may happened by unchecking checkbox in jabber account settings: Use this service at the bottom.
Hi Michal - I don’t have the Jabber account setting available somehow ! I think i may have forgot it when creating my Gmail account - must i recreate the account or is there a workaround?
