I have 9 Pro and I can’t determine if I’m eligible for a free upgrade to 10, or I have to pay for it. I requested my activation key be sent to me and I got two keys: one for v9 Pro, and one for v10 Free.
Can you please clarify? I don’t want to give up my Pro license, which is what these two activation keys seem to indicate will happen if I upgrade.

If you have Pro license “with lifetime upgrades”, then yes it will cover all future releases including 10, 11, 12 etc.
You can see what version you have by going to “Menu / Help / License”. It will say if it is only for version 9, or if it has lifetime upgrades.
