If I wanted to upgrade from free to pro? what do I do after?

I have the new license? do I deactivate old and reactivate? Will I lose anything? thanks!

Yes, go to Menu > Help > License and deactivate the old license. Then click on Activate and paste in the new activation key.

You will not lose anything.
