Hi Mary Lou,

Please explain the issue you have with eM Client…we will try to help.

What version of eM Client are you installing?

On which operating system?

Which e-mail account/service would you like to use?

If you download the application you have a 30day free trial, unless somebody else was using the app on the computer prior to your use.
If you already have your free license you can go to Help > License and enter the license key and click on Activate, that should do the trick and you should be able to start using the application.
