Historically our company used mac’s entirely and as such our contact book is on the iCloud platform. Half our office now use pc’s - one of the primary reasons for choosing eMClient as our mail client was it’s integration with iCloud contacts. The issue we’re having though is the apparent lack of syncing with iCloud contacts - as an example I edited a contact using iCloud yesterday morning and that edit is still not visible on the eMClient platform. Refreshing, or closing and reopening eMClient doesn’t help. Should it be syncing ‘live’, or does it only sync periodically? If so, how often is it set to sync and can this be changed?
