iCloud Calendar Won't Show

I’ve encountered a problem with my iCloud calendar connection using eM Client. Although it worked seamlessly on my office desktop with the same eM Client version, I faced difficulties with it on my home laptop. To troubleshoot, I removed and re-added my iCloud account. While my emails and contacts were restored, my calendar didn’t reappear. All the settings seem correct, but the calendar remains missing. Please help, thank you!

Windows 11 with all the latest updates

Please disable TLS 1.3 in your OS, restart Widows and then start eM Client.

There is an article in our knowledgebase for a different issue, but it has the registry file you can download and run that will disable TLS 1.3. You can find that article here.

I tried that and it still won’t show with the SSL connection not established. I don’t understand why it works perfectly fine on my desktop but laptop I get these issues. Both running Windows 11 and same version.
