Ical always wrong time zone

Hi, it seems whenever I take in an ICS calendar it drops in the wrong time. I made this appointment and it came over with the wrong time. It was perfect on my iphone mail and calendar, 7:15. It seems like its ignoring the timezone settings?

Here is the ical, you can see it should be functional for 7:15 EST (GMT-4)

The time zone isn’t wrong.

In the event details it shows as 23:15 UTC.

So it depends on your location specified in Windows, how it is displayed in the calendar preview. You didn’t give a screenshot of the calendar preview, but I suspect if you look there you will see it correctly displayed for your location as 7:15PM Atlantic time (UTC -4), just as it does on your phone. If not, check what time zone your OS is set to as it may be incorrect.

Good call Gary, it worked once it was brought in. It would be nice if it took the Ical record and translated it before showing it to me (like my phone did) because seeing times in UTC hurt my brain but you are correct, it did display it right once it hit the calendar. Thanks
