On average eMC crashes 4 times a week at the most critical times. It takes 45 miniutes to repair the database.

I cost our company about 50 Euro per hour.

How about I pay eMC this money each week if you fix the problem with the software? That will be 150 Euro per week…

You reported this issue in a ticket with us in January and I sent you instructions to provide dump logs. So far we have not received the logs from you.

Please respond to the ticket with the requested logs.
