I updated to version 6 yesterday and my email has not worked since. Please help?

After the upgrade EM client will open and has all of my old emails, folders etc there however will not connect and download new emails. All of my settings appear to be carried over identically.

Hi, do you have pro or free license? Do you see any error message when you try to synchronize (send and receive) with server?


I paid for the pro version 5 then checked for the upgrade within that version and upgraded to v6 on start up, has not worked properly since.

and are you eligible for 6th version? Could you contact me on my email with your email address used to purchase your license?
