Maybe it will help if you update the drivers for your video card?
Hans, many thanks for your reply, I have just updated the drivers and problem is not solved. I can mention that the problem is only with Em Client…and it was not this for later version of the software.
Hi Jarek, what version of eM Client are you currently using, can you check for the exact version number in Help > About?
eM Client ver: 6.0.21040.0
Windows XP Prof. SP 3
Hi Jarek, unfortunately Windows XP is an unsupported software at this moment and this seems like a system issue that we’re unable to support.
I’m sorry if this is causing any issues while using the application.
However I’m unable to assist while resolving this issue.
Thank you for understanding,
You can try to install the latest version of eM Client (6.0.21151.0) … if you search on this forum for this version, you should be able to find a download link.
And you can also try to update you .NET Framework version.
But as Paul already has mentioned: it it’s possible, try to use a newer version of Windows: 7 or 8.
As Hans suggested, you can try to update the application, here’s the link for download: http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21151/setup.msi
Hope this helps,
Many thanks for your effort. Does not help. I can use software in this form, but I need use XP as far as some of my old professional software does not work on W7+.
