I recently updated the free version as notified on Windows 10 system. However, I am not able to work on emClient. I am getting this error:

System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Hi Shalini, my 7.1 em client seems to have got stuck, so I am thinking an upgrade might fix it. Do I just hit the upgrade button, and in theory everything is maintained in term of folders, POP and SNMP mail settings etc? Did you get yours working in the end? Any top tips?

Yes just click the update button and it did work perfectly in the end.
