Specifically, the error message is: “The ordinal 788 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\ieframe.dll”

Hello, thank you for submitting the error report, I haven’t come across this error yet, but we’ve did a little check and it seems an invalid Internet Explorer installation can cause this issue - eM Client is built on top of the .NET framework which uses some of the Internet Explorer system controls/features.

Please try to repairr your internet explorer installation or reinstall IE, and check if the issue persists.

Thank you. I was unable to repair the IE installation, so I re-installed Windows. Time-consuming trouble, of course, but it fixed the problem. Now all is well. Again, thanks. I like eM Client A LOT!!
