I receive some emails and not others to my eM inbox.

I receive some emails and not others to my eM inbox. When I check on my server’s webmail, I see emails in my webmail inbox that do not appear in my eM inbox. Some do, some don’t. I have deleted all rules. I am using POP3. I can never trust that I am going to receive all my emails to eM and have to constantly be checking my server’s webmail.  I also receive only some read receipts and not others.

Hi Melinda, what version of eM client are you currently using? Please note that POP3 accounts only download new unread email from the server. So if you’ve marked the message as read in your webmail it won’t be downloaded, maybe this is the cause of the issue you’re experiencing?
