I purchased a Pro License and periodically stops working and shows I have no licence activated

I bought this program and once every month or every two weeks stops working. When I check for licence it shows I don’t have an active licence. I didn’t install this software on any other computer. Yesterday it worked, today it doesn’t. I don’t even know where is my licence number saved.
I can see that there are 6000 topics regarding the same issue, even from couple of years ago. How can you sell a program that has this same problem, over and over again?

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue, your license number has been sent to you over email upon your purchase, but you can always check it through the license manager at http://licensing.emclient.com/ (needs Microsoft silverlight that works in IE).
If you are a paying user, could you please contact PRO support abut this issue, please? They might be able to provide a better solution for you, compared to the free forums.

Thank you, I am just frustrated. I wrote the number down, and I’ve found it eventually, but it’s quite annoying to re-licence every other week.

Hi Irina,
I checked your license and it seems there might have been a hardware error on your computer once that sent an incomplete Hardware ID to our licensing server - which in turn could be registering the license as being activated on two computers.
The issue should be fixed now, but if it happens again please don’t hesitate to contact the PRO support next time.
