I need an activation code to activate my e-client please.

My activation code has expired. Could you send me a new one?

eM Client’s licenses do not expire, they are renewed automatically.
I sent you a reset email with your key and credentials to your account on the licensing server.
If you are experiencing any problems, please take a screenshot of the error message and post it here.

Oliver, same problem as Charles…no  Validation Key in inbox to renew free subscription…what do I do…I have tried this over and over again without success…

I checked your license and see that you have not activated it yet.
I sent you a reset email with your Activation key and Licensing server credentials.
Please insert the key in Help>License section inside eM Client.
