I lost all of my emails afer upgrade for version 6.

I upgrade to 6.0.19705.0. I lost all the folders where was the archive of my emails and all of the emails archived. I only have the default folders.
How can I restore the folders and get back all my emails?

we are very sorry to hear that. Do you have a backup of your database folder? If so, it will be easy to get your data back. Also please tell me what version you used before. Thank you.
