I lose evrything in the inbox. Also the inbox moves from the first item under my e mail address to a subfolder uner “More”. once in a while it moves back to the top. I can’t figure out what is triggering this

Hi Bob, what version of eM Client are you currently using? If a subfolder is shown under the “more” folder in the subfolder tree, it means the subfolder was hidden, right click the subfolder and select show/hide option to move the subfolder from the more folder.
