I had previously successfully transferred all my old MS LiveMail emails to the trial version. Now I can no longer get these with the free license version even though they were there fine with the trial version. Help what do I do
Entering the license key should have no impact on your ability to see emails. What version are you using? If it is 7.0.30068.0, this could be the issue as the release was problematic and eventually pulled by eM Client. If so, please upgrade to 7.0.30242.0 by going here:
Also, do you have more than 2 email accounts? The free version only supports 2.
