Which e-mail provider are you using?

I am using 6021040 and godaddy is my provider

Hi Bob, are you only having issues while sending email or while receiving messages too? Are you seeing any errors from the application?
Are you using any firewall/proxy software on your computer?

I can receive email but I cant send them they stay in the outbox I get an error message that there is a problem with the settings for my mail provider and when i run the test iit says there is no problem.  no firewall or proxy software 

Hi Bob, sorry for my belated reply, if you’re still having issues with this, please once the error occurs, switch to the “Log” tab, copy the content of the log and post it here on the forum.
Also please try to navigate to Tools > Accounts > Your account > IMAP/POP and SMTP and change the security policy to “Don’t use secure connection” and change the port to 25 for SMTP settings and to 143 for IMAP or 110 for POP (depends on what type of account you have setup).

Check if the issue persists and if it does, please let me know.
