i just recenttly installed eM. i also have gmail running. when i check my ail on both programs gmaill will show some mail and they won’t show the mail. why?
Hello, not really sure why your mail doesn’t display in eM Client, but I’ll be happy to help you resolve this issue, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? Are you seeing any errors when trying to receive new mail from the server?
Are you using any security software on your computer, that may have disabled the application’s ability to connect to the mail server?
