I was told that I could convert my pop3 to imap so I said ok. Now I can’t get any incoming emails. NOT happy. If I delete will I be able to go back to Outlook without a problem?
Hello Nancy, unfortunately I’m not quite sure what you’re suggesting, are you currently using an IMAP account with eM Client, without the ability to download new email? Please read through our FAQ available at http://www.emclient.com/faq to find information regarding new account setup or the difference between the two protocols (POP/IMAP).
IMAP keeps your items synchronised with the server, thus setting up the account through IMAP on any device should allow you to synchronise all the available items on the server.
