I have upgraded my Free version to 7 and now cannot use as offline

I upgraded my free version to 7, and now when I launch, its saying it’s going offline (but just all hangs) as it’s saying there is something with the certificate and I cannot click the Connect buttong. I want to upgrade my licence, but now is telling me I cannot upgrade a free licence, thus rendering the whole thing unuasble! Please help!

Hello Jayne,
FREE licenses are upgraded automatically.
I see that you have one FREE license and one PRO license which is only for version 6 and older. Both seem to be activated.
If your eM Client says the license is not valid, either upgrade your PRO license on use the FREE license on this device.

I would like to upgrade my Pro licence ideally, but it’s telling me the key I have is only for the free version, so if you could let me know the key for the PRO version directly via email then I will do that, and hopefully all will be OK.
