I have imported a *.pst file for access to history, but no longer have the account

I sold my business.  I exported a pst file from my server before I lost access to history.  I have successfully imported the file to eM Client (trial).  I have also added a gmail address (which is now my only current account).
I keep being asked for a server password, but I don’t have access to the server.
How can I delete the old account but keep the email and contact history?  Effectively I need to integrate the two accounts, then delete the old account.  Is it possible? 

Go to Menu > Tools > Settings > General and make sure that Use Local Folders is selected.

Move all the messages from the imported pst file to Local Folders.

Make a backup of eM Client using Menu > File > Backup.

Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and remove the old email account, leaving just the Gmail one.
