What a piece of crap
I found this post so entertaining that I couldn’t resist taking a screen shot of it and posting it on Facebook (with all identifying information obscured, of course) underneath the headline " I guess we shouldn’t bother sending this gentleman the customer-satisfaction survey."
(N.B.: I know this is a bit of a stretch, but Tech Support might find it difficult to replicate the problem reported here, notwithstanding the amount of detail provided.)
