Hi Millie, can you please explain what occured a bit more? What version of eM client are you currently using? What mail service are you using? Are you using a POP or an IMAP account? Are your contacts still available on your server?

thank you Paul for reaching out. I figured out the problem. I didn’t have the right box clicked to show all my Contacts! However, I am still trying to sync it with one of my iPads; everything syncs with my iPhone and a different iPad. So I believe I am all set. Appreciate the check in.
Hi again, glad everything works, if all your items are synchronizing with all your other devices it should be just a matter of the iPad setup now.
