i got a message saying its been 10 days they cannot communicate to me although I get email every day?

I am concerned because they said they would end my ability to use the program.
I have no idea what they are talking about.

Hi! It seems like you’re seeing a pop-up that eM Client hasn’t been able to connect to our licensing server to verify your license validity. Do you have any VPN, firewall, or proxy software that might be blocking access? If so, adding these URLs to your list of exclusions should help resolve the issue:

You can also double check that you have your license activated (Menu > Help > License)
