I get sync error on /directory for my Gmail account - anything I can do?

Me too, and the pop up windows (which you cannot avoid) is really annoying. There MUST be an option to avoid this continuous interruption!

Hello Morten, hello Alberto,
try going into Contacts and right click on the Contacts directory for your google account. Choose Properties > Repair and click the Repair button.
Do this for all affected directories.
