I downloaded emclient. I started New Account 6/5/14. After setting it up I am seeing todays email but it only goes back a week.

I downloaded emclient. I started New Account 6/5/14. After setting it up I am seeing todays email but it only goes back a week to 5/29/14. It is very important I get all my emails restored. Probably 2 years back. Please help ASAP. Much Appreciated, Vincent

Hi Vincent, can you make a screenshot of your account settings? Are you using IMAP or POP for receiving messages?
Can you see your old messages in your webmail? What mail service are you using?

How do I get this jpg of the screenshot to you only and not the world?? I am using godaddy because it is a dot com email address. After I put this account on a put another secondary account which works fine which you will see in screenshot. It has all old emails. Help appreciated, Vincent

Paul, I just deleted the account & started over. However, it still went back to only 5/29/14. Really??? This bites!
