I dont get the Mail with mein free key?

i am having the same problem here, it seems that E.M client is not downloading the emails…

I am getting the following error:

EM client has been unable to contact update and license server for 14 day to be able to continue using the product, please ensure that the vendor’s server is accessible from your network

Last attempt resulted in the following error:
Unable to connect to the remote server

The application will now run in offline mode

Can please some one help.

Hi, are you still having issues with your license? We had a licensing server outage, and eM Client might not have been able to connect to the server for some time.
But the server should be back up and running since then.
