Hello all,
I have just secured the pro version.
Unfortunately, I do not have the sub-item “License” via the “Menu” item. Thus, I can not switch to my paid version.
Can you please help me?

sure i looked at there but the button License isn’t there.

What can i do to aktivate my License?

This is because you have installed eM Client from the Microsoft Store. Their version uses a monthly subscription you pay to Microsoft.

To use our license keys, you will first need to make a backup using Menu > Backup, and when that is done, uninstall the MS Store version. Download and install this version: https://www.emclient.com/dist/latest/setup.msi then restore your database using Menu > File > Restore. Finally go to Menu > Help > License and activate your key.
