I did the update 5/11/2017 and now my client will not sync and download messages from my online server. I have tried changing port numbers, etc. nothing works. I’ve run the diagnostics in eM Client and nothing works

I can’t send or receive either. I’ve been checking my mail thru the web for about a week now. My imap thru em client is not connecting. I’ve been thru all settings an everything is set right.
I would try to set up as pop mail but I can’t get rid of the imap for fear I’d lose all of my folders and email.
I have updated to the latest version 7.1.30686.0.
I also have uninstalled and downloaded the newest version and installed, I set up my gmail and still having problems.
I have the same issue. Done the same things but still doesn’t work. Tried VIP support with no success. Just installed Mailbird which works fine.
