Almost every day, I have to re-login to a gmail (business/with custom domain) account. There is a red triangle (error issue) icon next to the EmClient ‘Refresh’ button telling me that it can’t connect to gmail. This has been going on for a long time, even previous versions of EmClient. Then on the Google side, it tells me that emClient has already been authorized 10+ times. but I just keep re-authorizing. I just wanted to raise awareness of this. Thank you.
Suggest then if you have already tried removing “all your Google eM Client OAuth tokens online”, then try next “removing and readding your Gmail account” using the automatic account wizard if you haven’t already via “Menu / Accounts”.
If removing and readding your account still makes no difference and you are using a recent V9.2 or V10.3, then could be your eM Client database has a problem.
So suggest then next to “close eM Client” and go to the following eM Client hidden database folder and “rename it” to eg: eM Client-Old. Then reopen eM Client and setup your Gmail account as new and then see if that fixes the problem.
“Hidden mail database folder Windows”
“Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client”
“Hidden mail database folder Mac”
“Users\yourusername\Library\Application Support\eM Client”
