I changed the password on my server. And I also changed the password on the emclient. The server works ok as I am able to get messages online but they will not download into my emclient. I have windows 7, 64 bit, and only one email account in EMC. I phoned the prodvider talktalk and they said it is a problem with my emclient. Pls help

Hi Christine, are you seeing any errors from the application? What version of eM Client are you currently using? Can you please make a screenshot of any errors you might be seeing?
