After loading an alleged update today, I can’t see the body of emails. I have a red triangle telling me that"an attempt to connect to the server failed." What is wrong?
If it was your antivirus application that was updated, disable that then try again.
No. It was emclient program.
Strange because the last update was in May. Sometimes when the application is updated, the anti-virus application may respond. So disable that first and see if there is any difference.
If not, you can uninstall eM Client making sure NOT to delete the database when asked, then download and install the previous version from the Release History. That should put you back to where you were.
